  If you've changed the gauges of your strings, or want a different string spacing than the original bridge of your Alembic bass, you will need to replace the bridge saddles and have them slotted. Saddles are supplied in polished brass, and will fit any Alembic bass that has both an intonation screw and a stabilizing pin (most instruments made since the late 1970s). If you are slotting new saddles, it's a great time to polish your bridge with Flitz metal polish. |
