Scaled down version of the Alembic Standard Point body measures roughly 13 x 17 inches, supported on four large 3M non-marring bumpons and finished with a food safe "salad bowl" oil. The cutting board is constructed from solid Maple, typically between 2 and 4 pieces, and made right here in our factory.
