Bass Northwest always orders their Orions with something a little special. New pieces in their shop will always have our classic low-pass filter for the tone control. This time, we've added a Q switch for even more variety. Quilted Maple top is very active and dimensional, especially when viewed from different angles. Paired with the black expanse of Ebony for the fretless fingerboard, this is one classy bass. We've included a double accent laminate in Purpleheart and Maple to complete the look. Set neck give this bass plently of throaty growl, and the Quilted Maple top lends a slightly quicker attack, with beautiful shimmer on the decay. Satin neck is so easy to play.
