Click to enlargeRogue 4 Coco Bolo

Rogues are cool, and they know it. Sweeping curves with a long upper horn that assures excellent balance.

This Rogue has a Coco Bolo top, which not only has great visual contrast with some nice wide dark grain, but it also has audio contrast. Coco Bolo gives a tone that is dark and round, yet still bright - complex and versatile. It's absolutely our favorite wood at Alembic.

Easy to play neck has our integrated fingerboard carving. We incorporate the fingerboard in the profile of the neck shape while many others slap a rather squarish board on the carved neck. That makes our necks feel more sleek, and when you look straight at the back of an Alembic neck, you see a peek of the Ebony fingerboard.

Controls are perfect for onstage. Enough variety, but still manageable in a live situation. The fast change bass and treble switches are great for taking a solo, then going right back to your original tone.
